That's one of the reasons why implementing a system like Autotask or Connectwise is so critical. It makes providing that type of information to your customers easy. In addition, systems like Autotask and Connectwise enable IT solution providers to do more with less. Another benefit that becomes increasingly valuable in the current economic climate. Even if the economy isn't bad, many people think it is, so they end up making decisions to pull back on budgets. It's a matter of confidence.
