		<description>Great points, I'd also add that the addition of Dell as a direct competitor also offers the community the chance to distinguish themselves through marketing.  Dell is Walmart, it's very easy to distinguish yourself from Walmart.  People already have inherent expectations of low quality and service, unless your business is to be the low cost competitor (good luck to you), highlight how you go beyond big box service experiences.</description>

		<description>Great blog Mike. Just wait until HP buys EDS. They've already got HPOV so no need to buy a "SilverBack". 

I think between two powerhouses like Dell and HP battling it out the side effect will be to make guys like you look very good to clients who actually want customer service!</description>
