Those are excellent ideas. One thing I have seen becoming more important (other than cash) is personal time. One of the major benefits people seek these days is flexibility and to be listened to in terms of how they work. Some people work better during the evening, some work better 4 days a week because they want time with family, etc.

All in all, I think the more businesses respect and make it a point to find out how an individual works goes a long way with the loyalty of an employee.

You may already be doing this at Everon, but thought I’d throw out that idea as well. Obviously, you can’t satisfy EVERY employee all the time but flexible work hours is a great benefit.
