I agree that there are many people who try to discount services due to client preconceptions. It amazes me that clients do not see through some of this. If you are not selling the value of your firm- then you are not selling the right things. Clients can pay 40/hr for support- but our company brings VALUE. Sales should stick to selling the company- not the actual solution. Leave solutions to the technical team.
