I couldn't agree with Mike more. Technology is changing quickly and others will soon have offerings that mirror the Zenith box office on the surface but the crew at Zenith led by their CEO Akash seems to understand our industry, our clients needs, and our need to have recurring revenue at good margins better than anyone I have spoken to in the past five years. If you are not working with them you are falling behind.

I also would like to thank Kent and his team at Pointivity for opening their business to us this past week, it was eye opening!

Mike,
Zenith is clearly moving ahead with some compelling offerings. I looked at their presentation at Connectwise and it's impressive to say the least. Larry Ellison thinks we are overhyping "the cloud" but, hey, it's just an opinion ;-)

What I wanted to know is if you could share some of the key points Kent Erickson made regarding his business model. How is this different from what you have seen and how does it make sense?

Thanks!
