Mike,

I had the opportunity to see Gary when he was in Boston earlier this month. To follow your lead above for full disclosure we were part of the presentation as the featured Kaseya partner for the Q & A session, but this was my first opportunity to meet Gary and hear his presentation.

Gary brought a great perspective of what steps are needed for a growing MSP to succeed. His presentation did not focus on the tools, but delivered a great sense of what actions and activites Gary utilized in getting his business to $6M in recurring revenue. The underlying message that I heard was build a repeatable process for sales and delivery and following through each and every day to reach your goals.

Sounds simple, but I am sure all of us have strayed from that simple formula at some point while building our businesses.

Thanks for the feedback Brian. I think your point is an invaluable one. So many of lose focus on working on and growing our business rather than working in our business that we start to scratch our heads when sales flatten out.
