Without a doubt, Microsoft is going to make a move. They are holding focus groups in Redmond over the next few days to demonstrate/get feedback about some sort of MSP product or MSP product extension. Also, Microsoft recently held managed services roundtables in Europe.

They are carefully researching the market and gathering data points to assist their product launch.
