As I started thinking of the posts to write for this blog, I thought of all kinds of tips, tricks, and other things I have learned over the years at Everon. If I had to start all over again, it would of course be very nice to have all of that knowledge from the beginning!
I’ve given a couple of presentations over the last few years to members of the MSP community; they have been focused on what it takes to be successful in this space. It’s interesting to look back at those presentations now and realize that not much has really changed.
That being said, I think the topic would make for some interesting posts. I’ll start it off in a following post with Secret #1:
