What I mean is: what are the limits of what MSPs will offer in the SMB space?
Reading MSPMentor today gives a reader an interesting look into the future possibilities. Three articles mention the following:
- Managed print services from Xerox
- Microsoft training MSPs on how to be successful with Microsoft’s offeringss
- Digital signage as a managed service offering
The first two seem perfectly in alignment with what I think of in the SMB space, but the third one seems pretty far off track, at least at first glance. I’m reserving judgment though, as I’m always surprised at the ways people find to make money!
At Everon, we are looking into more opportunities to broaden our service offerings, and I am surprised at how many things make sense. If you jot down a list of all the different technologies that SMBs rely on and need help with, it gets pretty long pretty fast.
